Our Worship Ministry is solely focused on one thing – leading our congregation in worship to God.
Sunday morning Worship Services at First Baptist Church include a variety of worship formats and musical styles. Our Worship Team is led by Worship Pastor Jake Poole and includes Vocalists, Bands, Tech Crew and Drama Team.
Our Worship Team is also heavily involved with yearly events and special outreach opportunities hosted by First Baptist Church, including Service on the Square and our Easter and Christmas performances.
Praise Team
Praise team members work with our worship leader to help lead weekly worship on a rotating basis. We are always looking for singers who are living passionately for Christ.
TechTeam
Our tech team handles the sound and light boards as well as the projection screens. If you are technically savvy and have an ear for music, consider joining this ministry.
Praise Band
Praise band members commit to weekly practice and play for worship songs, choir performances and other special events. We are always looking for good instrumentalists of any kind.
