Pastor Bill Taylor, with Pastor Ken Dockery, planted CityView church in downtown Cleveland. Currently, Bill teaches, preaches, mentors and trains those interested in becoming associate pastors, and handles almost all administrative tasks. He also serves part-time as a Field Supervisor for Cleveland State University student teachers. Bill and Natalie live in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood. The Taylors’ mid-1980s launch into their urban ministry journey was influenced by Keith Phillips of World Impact and EAPE summer missions in Philadelphia, PA. Their marriage theme verse is Psalm 126:3, “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.”
